Julian P. Viscidi
Julian earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 2007 and his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2011. Julian began practicing law in 2011, spending his first 9 years in public service. He was with the Richmond Public Defender's Office for five years, where he handled everything from traffic matters, juvenile and domestic relations cases, to robberies and homicides. Julian then served as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Chesterfield County for four years. Julian investigated and prosecuted all types of criminal cases and he was the county expert for expungements. Julian's practice concentrates on defending traffic and criminal cases, and representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. He is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the Richmond Criminal Bar, and the Chesterfield Bar Association.
