Rachel Marrs
Rachel joined Parcell, Webb, & Baruch P.C. in October 2019 as the front desk receptionist. She assisted with criminal and traffic matters and soon showed an aptitude for personal injury work. She began working closely with the personal injury team and was promoted to personal injury paralegal in August 2021. Prior to working at Parcell, Webb, and Baruch, Rachel worked as a legal assistant for another small civil litigation firm in Richmond and as an analyst for a litigation funding company in Midlothian. Through this experience, she learned about personal injury cases and was able to translate that knowledge to her work at Parcell, Webb, & Baruch. She graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2014 with B.A. in Theatre with a concentration in Music and Dance, and minors in Dance and Leadership Studies as a member of the President’s Leadership Program.
In her spare time, Rachel works as a professional singer and musical theatre performer in Richmond’s avid theatre community. When she isn’t in a show, she enjoys checking out all of Richmond’s great restaurants with friends, seeing all of the Oscar nominated films for the year, or hanging out at home with her husband Joel and their cat, Higgins, watching their favorite baseball team, the New York Mets!
